Brown Sugar Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 3 1/3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
Heat the oven to 350° F.
Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat in the sour cream. Gradually add the flour and the baking soda, alternating with the eggs. Cover and chill the dough for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Drop by Tablespoonfuls on a lined baking sheet and bake 10-13 minutes.
